I have personally bought many items from John Allen and have never had anything but excellent service. As far as I am concerned if John said that the package went postal, then it went postal. I would not have John's banner on the bottom of the Trimix page if I had heard of anybody who had a problem with his company. So far no complaints from the 700 or so people who visit the site every week for the past 3 years.
