We send out material daily via UPS, Airborne, FED X. etc. BY FAR the hardest to track and work with is the US POST...Priority or not! You specified the shipper and it may have been no problem for John to deliver it to the POST OFFICE; but once there - if a problem arises, tracking and correcting it are not easily done. I have seen our Priority Mail take 6 weeks to show up! We no longer ship to the Virgin Islands US Post because of the very same type of issue that you are experiencing. Guess how gets blamed, the poor retailer who made $1.98 shipping the order tying to track it down. Mean while you cancel the credit card charge and the retailer has to pay the freight both ways. Take a deep breath I am sure John is not trying to screw you.
