I'd have to say your experience is out of the ordinary, I've
ordered MANY things from John's shop and have always received prompt
courteous service! In fact, on more than one occasion I've ordered
something from him and received it the next day! ...and it wasn't shipped
overnight mail. Communication via email when there is a problem can be
ambiguous at best, I'd give him a call on the phone and I bet he'll take
care of your problem right away. I highly recommend John's Scuba Equipment,
but as always, if you have a *good* local shop, check with them first
before ordering mail order!
