Thanks to the lurker who emailed me the best quote of all.  Everyone
who follows this list can keep these quotes in mind when considering
the credibility of one Scott Koplin, scottk@hc*.co*.

He has already denied it on rec.scuba, but that comes as no surprise
from someone who lies, and even tells people he has talked to the
real Dr. Black, and it isn't me.  This psycho should be killfiled by
all readers who would like to see these lists stick to scuba.  MJB
