I use a Nemesis II and an analog gauge as you used to. I find it is very handy to be able to tap my wrist and be able to read pressure, time and depth all in one place when the computer lights up. I see my friends shining their lights on their pressure gauges and then on their depth gauges and then on their watches to get the same information. I wear a backup Uwatek depth gauge and bottom timer in case the Cochran should fail, although it has not yet done so. Of course I have the backup pressure gauge also. I dive in the caves near Tulum so I rarely go deeper than 50 or 60 feet and deco is usually not a problem. Since I am new to cave diving and really want to learn (if I have the wrong equipment I'll just sell it to an OW diver for whatever it'll bring and get the right stuff), please tell me very simply and slowly exactly why you've found the Nemesis II to be "useless." As I've said, it seems handy to me. Also since I breath my long hose off my right post and have the Cochran on the left post, I need to check it regularly to insure I have not rolled off the left post. Thank you for your time.
