It's called giving students the knowledge from the courses they paid for.
When you have somebody that carries a card saying that they have attained a
certain level they should expect to get the skills and abilities that go
with it. But then, I guess everyone can't be as smart as you think you are.

Hey Tom, better have a look at this thread.  The Cobber doesn't
understand how you, or any instructor, could be so negligent to
allow a student out the door, with a passing grade, who doesn't
understand absolutely everything you've taught him.  Kindof like
me expecting every one of my patients to never miss a single dose
of medication, ever.  I guess the Cobber expects you to hold
every student's hand, even after they've received a passing grade.
Bet you didn't know that you're supposed to be responsible FOR
your students' actions, besides being responsible TO them as an
instructor.  Give it a rest Cobber, you're starting to look like
the moron you really are.  MJB
