I just wanted to give an update on the ongoing unresolved issue I, and a 
buddy of mine, have had with OMS, in regards to low pressure burst disks 
installed in new high pressure manifolds.
Since my last post addressing the issue to Techdiver, I have been in contact 
via phone and email with Mr. Randy Barcomb of OMS, who has been very helpful 
in researching the problem, and satisfactorily resolving the issue.
Randy also discussed in detail, the changes he is instituting at OMS in the 
dealer/customer service dept. that will bring issues to the forefront, i.e. 
his attention, to be addressed before they become a problem. Randy was very 
accesible in the whole matter, returned calls and emails promptly, and 
dissolved the bad taste that was left in my mouth from the whole experience. 
Randy is obviously a guy that has the power to make things happen at OMS.
