Subject: Re: Deco in your head ?
The "tricks" ar not having to answer to anyone, worry about "liability",
or otherwise compromise in any way. If one is in the physical condition
that I am in, one can do the deco I do, and I see no reason in hell not
to be in that condition, and the older you are , the easier it is since
that means you have been doing it longer and therefor have the aerobic
base. Otherwise, in my opinion, one should not be even deco diving in
the fist place and certainly tyring to design a deco program for cows
and pigs is a waste of time - nothing will work, nor should it.

My only tricks are : 1) showing up every day and working out, and 2)
automaticly discarding ANYTHING that the dive industry slops out as
self-serving, deluded bullshit. These two "tricks" have proven to be the
key.

Simon, you personally could do my deco with no problem.
