It depends on the instructor. Up until NAUI and GUE there were not too
many agencies, so the instructors got stuck with one or the other. That
is now changing ,but with some agencies the "standards" are so stupid
that you can not avoid getting bad information.

I would bet on NAUI since O' Leary runs the tech section and he tries (
despite his BOD ) to do things right, whereas Mouth runs IANTD and
fights DIR tooth and nail, but do I do not know for sure.

The way to instantly solve the issue is to go to GUE.
