I dress in white scrubs after being sterilized in an autoclave for six hours anytime I mix out in the car-port (that way I don't reproduce). My dog likes to double check my calculations and is similarly attired anytime I break out the gas mixing cheat-sheets. I use the same "oxygen clean and sterilized whip" on all four gases; air, argon, 02, and helium. If you put a quick disconnect on both ends and on all cascade sets, you only have to buy one yoke/din connector and one whip. It's silly to waste money on multiple whips and yokes. Make sure that you sterilize your lungs as well before breathing off your 20 foot bottle. If you haven't cleaned the hydrocarbons out of you lungs really well (turn your head and cough six or seven times) and then take a quick and deep breath, you will combust as a result of adiabatic heating at the molecular level.
