The conversion is a little rough.  Fresh vs Salt is about 3%, but that's 3% 
total buoyant force, so unless you know your total volume.....

Configuration-wise, depending on your tolerance for cold, the usual, 
LP104's, 400g Thinsulate, no weight works.  LP95's and a small v-weight 
work, too.    If you use something a little more bulky than 400g, then add 
accordingly.
