Captain Dale,

Thanks for placing all those moorings, and I am sure other boaters
appreciate them too (i.e. take them for granted).  Curious to know
what's going on with the prosecution of the diver who removed an
artifact from the Rosinco.  The laws regarding artifact recovery
in the Great Lakes are pretty strict, and it looks like they're
being enforced in some areas.
