I've heard of this useless tool before. 

Remember a while ago some idiot set a new Red Sea depth record.  He did
the dive with an END of something like 220' and a max PO2 of 1.7.  

I commented on how stupid that was, and I heard from Bob via private
email.  Bob not only seems to worship strokes, but he didn't even have
the balls to respond via the list.  

Bob, thanks for that great ecard. BTW you never did justify to me how
excessivly high END's or PO2's make any sense.  I'm waiting...
