Subject: Re: O2 Reg
I use my best, most fine-tuned regs for my deco gas. The oxygen reg is
the one single reg you breathe the longest. You breathe it late in the
dive when you are the most tired, and there should be minumal work of
breathing associated with it to minimize CO2 production.

I use the MK20 with all the shims in for a high IP and a G250 on the
edge for my shallow deco gases. Keep in mind that failing this reg is ok
since you can control the valve. You could do the same for a stage reg,
but that interferes with your diving and concentration, so those regs
are turned back in the IP and the second stage.
