(snip) I posted the following url to the list on 08/29/98 http://www.jwa.com/scubapro/products/bcd/xtek/nitrox.html The link no longer exists however it showed a "nitrox" tank with the Din fittings reversed, ie the tank valve had the screw threads on the _outside_ of the post. Kinda stupid in the extreme I would have thought but this may be what is being referred to here. The subject was "Scubapro" if anyone cares to have a look in the archives.
