Subject: Re: Looking for Dry gloves ideas
I have a pair of the Helios gloves. They are also available with a set of cuffs
that pressure fit to latex wrist seals. I have found that when they work, they
work great. However, they are quite fragile. The upper part (black section) is
quite thin rubber and when diving in high current conditions, anything you touch
will rub against the corner of the cuff and tear the rubber. Needless to say, my
gloves have a lot of aquaseal on them (and I don't dive in the river anymore,
hanging onto the bottom is no fun and wrecks expensive gear..)

As well, small bolt snaps are almost impossible to manipulate. Bottom line,
would I get another pair? Probably for boat diving only.
