That idea was nothing to do with my instructor ("dumping your weights is not
an option" is what he said) I came up with it all by myself. OK I admit, it
wasn't very well thought out - forget I even mentioned it.
Anyone want to buy a nice new O2 clean steel 45 stage bottle cheap?
