	My shop mixes nitrox by filling the tank to a certain percentage
	of pressure of O2 and then filling the remainder of the tank 
	with air. He seems to be pretty acurate this way. It is then
	analized using a set of MiniOx digital analizers. They go to
	the tenth of a percent. Does anyine know what the calculation is
	to mix this way based on pressure?
