While awaiting comments on the the ophthal quest that I posted a while, I
figured that all could B amused by this recent post on rec.scuba.

Is it not great to have such a oracle!?

Ten years ago it was OK.  Times have changed, and many believe it is
an ecological no-no nowadays.  There is a good discussion about fish
feeding and shark feeding in the recent Dive Training Magazine issue,

Well if you must know, Nabisco Easy Cheese.  It comes in a can and
withstands the hydrostatic pressure from descent, if you get to dive
besides snorkel on your trip.  Dive shops in the Caribbean still
sell fish food in some locations.  What stopped me finally was a
200-pound grouper that just about swallowed my hand in Grand Cayman.
