Scott, what he said is that I had taken the risk out of "this kind" of
cave diving in an article he wrote about diving with me in deep caves.
The editor of the NSS/CDS Journal got fired over trying to publish it,
and he died in Mexico the month is was supposed to be published. He also
obviously wrote it elsewhere and said it to everyone. His ex wife can
attest to this for the dibelievers.

He also switched his gear config to mine after he saw the sped and
slickness watched me bail us out of a huge clusterfuck at 300 feet in an
out of gas emergency. He told me at dinner that night that this was the
best he had ever seen it done.

Some people can put their pride aside end learn, like Exley did with me
depsite his 30 years experience over mine, and some people can't learn
even though they have enver done jack shit, because their false pride
and false ego and hubris get in the way.

I am not in the dive business, and am a hobby diver only. This
obviously pisses off the big mouths who are in the business and are
supposed to be the shit but who never seem to do anything. Too bad.I can
keep it to myaelf oand my team, or I can continue to ignore and /or
steamroll the attacking horde of resentful know it alls.

What we really need to do is just store all of these standard things on
the web site and url them as answers and save the fighting with idiots.
Nobody is ever going to interfere with us again, so I do not see any
problem in divulging anything other than how we make the newest gear -
let them copy all the old crap, but the new information on everything
else may save some lives.
