Hi Stan, See the exert below from a recent posting for reasons that you would want to switch regs. I have never had a problem with people flaming me just because I am South African, however as you will soon learn, strokes are "terminated with extreme prejudice" regardless of nationality. What do you mean by "full redundancy" ?
