The biggest problem here that I think everyone has missed is the fact that
the Air II, Octoplus, and whatever Tusa calls their unit has a different
size nipple. While different size nipples don't bother most guys, it removes
a redundancy you have when diving dry. That is simply  your dry suit hose
and bc hose are no longer interchangeable.

This just stands out to me among all the other reasons not to use one.
