I'm confused by your talking about the DCIEM tables, then the model,
then A&B values.  The DCIEM model has no A&B values, and DCIEM
explicitly specifies 60fpm ascent and descent rates for their tables.

If you could review your posts for clarity a little more carefully, I
think it would help.
