When I was doing background investigations for NASA's astronaut program the
jet jockeys at Pax River Naval Air Station advised me that the fighter jets
come equipped with evacuation tubes for just this purpose. That was one of
their complaints about female fighter pilots - they couldn't use the
evacuation tubes! I heard that the US Gov contracted with a diaper company
to make a special model of pampers/depends for the girls that cost the
taxpayer $100 a pop! Of course that's right in line with $700 toilet seats.

Rumor has it that JFK was a proponent of the leg bag which was why he could
stand out in cold in nothing but a suit coat,  watching a parade with a
smile on his face while all the Secret Service Agents were hopping around on
one foot and the other while their back teeth were singing "Anchors A
Weigh".
