Hello everyone.

I have been a lurker on this list for about 2 months.  I live in NY and am a
relatively new diver (only 10 dives after ow).  I am very interested in the
DIR system (only for recreational diving at this point).  My open water
certification was done with PADI and as a diver I feel totally inadequate
with the skills that I have.  After reading many of the post on this list I
KNOW I need to receive some real quality instruction.

I am looking for an instructor who teaches a basic OW course using the DIR
system in the NY/NJ area.  If anyone can refer me to someone I would greatly
appreciate it.
