When the alu tank is full it might but when it's empty it starts 'floating 
up' so there is no way of knowing precisely there your valve handle is. A 
DIN reg has nothing on it that can be mistaken for at valve knob.

I am talking about a deco cylinder where the valve knob should face 
outwards (away from your body when worn on the (correct) left side). The 
valve face is facing upwards. When the cylinder floats up it might roll 
over a bit so that the valve knob faces more upwards-ish.

There should be pictures on the GUE, Bentley, WKPP, Caverig(?) pages...
