Uhh?!
Decoplan actualy can calculate schedules for altitutde, you have to
reduce the Surface Pressure (found in Dive Plan Preferences) to the
aproporiate amount. However, it might get tricky if you have to travel
above a mountain that is higher than your diving location.

A good estimate for the ambient pressure at altitude is:

Pamb = P0*e^(-altitude/H_pn)

Pamb [mbar]
altitude [m]
P0 = 1013mbar
H_pn = 8434.5m
e = 2.7182...

For my private freedom I subtract 50mbar from the calculated value to
account for low's (ie. for 3300ft = 1000m I calculate my deco schedules
with 850mbar).

For high altitude you will experience the the stops will actualy start
earlier and that the last stop is usualy a few minutes longer. You will
also want to slow down the final accent to surface as much as possible.
For high altitude dives I generaly spend 4min at 2m (7ft) before very
slowly heading to the suface. I did not encounter any problems so far,
but my experience is limited to altitude diving in the 3000-5500ft
range.

Frank
