After reading this reference, in which the author concludes that O2 has no significant narcotic potential in recreational divers, it is still best to assume it does. Now how you possibly plug that into a formula, like END, has to be virtually impossible given how metabolically active and dynamic O2 is. Thanks for the reference Mike.
