(1) I am sorry to sound fussy, but do you mean an emergency rescue / escape
breathing set, or a medical resuscitator? A few years ago, sport divers in UK
never crossed paths with rebreather diving, so that they could say "oxygen"
and even "rebreather" without further description, and expect most people to
know that resuscitators were being referred to; but things have changed.

(2) How able are the various sorts of commonly available oxygen and mixture
rebreather breathing sets to be used as resuscitators?
