Depends upon where the leak is (cylinder O-ring, regulator hose, etc.) and
how severe.

No. Depth may have a small effect if the leak is from the low-pressure
side of the regulator 1st stage and is very small (i.e., a trickle). In
this case, you have plenty of time to shut down the offending regulator.

If the leak is large, the first stage is probably running wide open
already, in a vain attempt to build up the intermediate pressure. You can
pretty much figure the time at depth will be the same as time at the
surface.
