Another thing to consider here is when to add oxygen. Because oxygen is obviously the critical gas here (in trimix or heliox) I always add oxygen second, which means in the middle with trimix. You might consider dumping in1500 helium, cooling, and then adding O2 and topping off w/ helium Digital gauge or not, it's more accurate with a delta pressure than absolute.
