Im a new diver and new to Tech ( 2 year diver) .I agree with this totaly and 
wish i knew the little i know now when i just got into diving.You instructors 
and others who know the leaders of these agenceys should be them 
constantley.The statement below is so on the money they just have no excuse 
in my oppinion.
