Actually , I have gone down from 195 to 182, and my hair is still blonde. Juzst trying to do things a little better here. By thew way, Hamilton is coming to my house Monday to go over everything we have been doing together over the last ten years for his new book, so I need to be thinking about this subject all that I can, and it is one of the things that we do best. All I did wss be willing to test it all out on my own body, but then I do not ask anyone to do anything that I have not done myself, or am not willing to do with them. JJ and I have been playing with this stuff forever, and it is a lot easier when your dive partner can get your ass back squared away on a screwup, and you have a team like we have of all pros and well organized strucure for this kind of testing.
