Hi Manos,
Well, it depends on how har the nearest chamber is, and how hard your
country's laws are regarding personal damage sue etc.....

If the chamber was near by, 100% o2 on board, if not, then it is also a
matter of CNS o2 loading..... However, i assume he was diving air,
right? In such a case go for IWR..... (if the chamber is far).....
