Just trying to judge my decision on an incident happened last week .  A
recreational diver belonging to another group  pops on the
surface with 12 minutes omitted deco just before i decent ( im not
discussing if he was suppose to be there in the first time ).
What do i do ? a. ) Ignore the fact and start descending ? b)  take him
on 5 meters and supply him with my 100% oxygen ( he was fully conscious
with no symptoms at all ) or c) take him on board and supply him with
100% . ( i wouldnt even consider IWR not knowing the person and his dive
plan ).
