P - the medical version is the only way that really works, an unless you have had a lot of practice installing one, you will not be able to do so. It is also a complex device with a sterile water balloon on the inside that needs to be inflated and a step-up bag connection on the outside that needs to be connected to the overboard with another step-up, and there is the constant risk of infection since it is internal, not extrenal like the male catheter. It generally takes a second person to install it, as in a nurse. My suggestion is to learn to do my deco instead. ( Just kidding).
