Jeff, the only time I even discuss training with Jarrod is when the two
of us try to be sure that GUE and WKPP conform. I am used to dealing
with training already very proficient divers, he has to consider the
whole deal. This leaves us discussing how to get from A to B with
consistency.

Outside of that, I have no idea what any of this means. I know he is
very particular about who becomes a GUE instructor, and I do not think
that has anything to do with previous certifications, other than that
one must of course be some kind of instructor for insurance purposes. He
then has a whole program that he wants taught, which is basicly what we
( WKPP ) actually do, if that tells you anything. There is no deviation
from that , no personal preference, and no tolerance for self indulgent
personal behavior. I know he has already stripped at least one person's
rating for violations of these guidelines.

You need to ask Jarrod - he is the guy, and the reason his organiztion
exiasts is because we all believe there is a serious need. If you feel
that same way, there may be a fit.
