Bill, if this is the case, you may want to straighten out your cheerleader, that idiot Hess. Read his post. This guy is one seriously dangerous idiot, and it is no mistake that he is your cheerleader. The only reason you do anything that is not blatently stupid is that the standards have been forced that way by lawsuits. As soon as the overwieghting lawsuits start to get paid, you will not be telling people to dive steel with a wetsuit, and you will likely not be able to get insurance to teach, and then that will be one of the best things that ever happened in diving - you and your ilk out of the game of instruction. This is what I really want to see happen, and it will. The probelm is that we can not get to enough people to inform them prior to their walking into the trap set by so many of you do nothing big mouths who "teach diving". bigvon@be*.ne* wrote: > > Rrsankey@ao*.co* wrote: > > Trout says taking students to 170 is dangerous > > > Von makes "narcosis drills" at 170 on air a requirement in his "tech nitrox" > > course > > This is typical disinformation from you sankey. > I will bring a 30 cu ft air stage with me when teaching mix.
