And what penalty would you invoke on a student who chose not to breathe air 
at 170 feet, say at the Tenneco Tower for example?

 wants, (his choice only) I will let him breath on the stage at 170' for a 
minute
 or so.He can experience narcosis. Most students do not believe the amount of
 impairment on air, and this exercise shows them the difference. I remain on

 the whole time, and 170 feet is sufficient for the demo.
 If this is promoting deep air so be it.
