Rick, both of these guys have no idea of what they are talking about. Hess thinks that alerting people to legislation about bringing back worthless souvenirs to impress your friends about what a tough guy you think you are is important. Hess also thinks that UNESCO is some sort of do something organization. In reality they do nothing worthwhile. Hess why not contribute something of importance instead of backing the likes of stupid tekkie practices, do-nothing organizations and instroketors like Von.
