The reason you're getting quicker deco with Abbys and Z-plan is
because the model they use appears to be wrong.  The latest
available evidence shows that deco is more efficient, faster,
and less damaging to your body if done on heliox or trimix rather
than nitrox.  Of course, the whole field of decompression theory
is still (and probably will always be) experimental and we're
the experiments.
