Hello Sean, >Something like 5 minutes every 25, and they need to be to the > LOWEST breathable PPO2 gas, ie. bottom mix. >Do not add time to your stops to accomodate these (Air) breaks. Sorry, just to make sure I understand well .Which option do you use if your software tells you to do e.g 40min deco on O2: 1. you actualy do 25on O2, then 5 on low PpO2 gas and 10 on O2 - Total 40 min. 2. or 25 on O2, then 5min break and 15 on O2 - Total 45 min >You also will notice an improvement if you use trimixes as deco gases, >such as 35/30 and 50/25, in addition to the oxygen. Please, would you be so kind and explain why is it good to add He to your deco gas (e.g 50/25) ? Everything I know tells me that Nitrox 50 would be more appropriate. I know that some guys use it this way, just couldn't figure out why it is better. As far as I know by using Nitrox you create highest presure differential for Helium causing it's accelerated offgassing.
