I don't know about draped around the neck or clipped off to your chest. I find it fits perfectly in the Butt crack next to the Console. Soon I will implement a whole array of things to stow there like my Scuba Sausage, spare Bulbs and Lift bags. DIR (Doing it RECTALLY) is my motto!!!!! The preceding was an attempt at humor, I couldn't resist.
