The story was that Poseidon had supplied a mix of tanks with either metric M25x2 threads or imperial G3/4" threads. The catch was that the submitted drawing only told about the M25 thread. The problem was found when a diveshop in Sweden managed to put a G3/4" valve in a tank with a M25x2 thread. They got the o-ring to seal and the valve blew at approx 50 bar. The government agency got Poseidon to recall this batch, but I had to pay Poseidon SEK 500 (=USD60) to get a new tank from them. When I returned the tank to the factory I heard someone say, referring to my old tank: "... here is another one of these tanks we are going to ship to Norway..." /Sten Meyer m87stme@mt*.ch*.se*
