Story is that the valve blew at about 1200-1500psi, so overfilling
was not the culprit here.

Also, heard that Gene ruptured an eardrum, and suffered skull fractures
due to the accident.

He is reported back at home, and even reported as "back at the shop", do
not know the facts behind this.
