We sell extra large SS swivel snaps with a flat plunger and large diameter 
loop (the large loop enables you to stick your finger easier to  . We get 
'em from Highland Millworks, who also sell them direct (508/429- 4509). 
They are SO much easier to use up here (NE) because they don't develop a 
patina like the brass snaps. Just as an aside, I've found the smaller SS 
snaps with flat-ended plungers to be fairly easily manageable with 6 1/2 mm 
gloves.. much more so than larger snaps with teardrop shaped plungers.
