In our org it is determined by the thickness of your Haskel pump. Bill Mee and I do nto have one, so we just run lower tanks pressures. We also can not get the HP helium - we only get 2700 PSI bottles. We are getting about 2500 of helium into the tanks ( after the oxygen) and then either going with that or blowing them to 3000.
