Subject: Question on o-ring hardness.

Hi,

I wonder if a kind soul would pin down the question of what hardness
to use for the o-ring sealing the tank*neck* to the tank-valve.  I've
assumed it was an NBR ring of hardness 90 but a local o-ring supplier
says he would specify the softer hardness 70 o-ring even for 5000 psi
service.
