Joel, I must have missed something: why would one want to take something
like this diving with them? I can assure you that anything that would be
this much of an issue would never be in the water with me, since I have
no time for bullhsit. I could use the big von method and take an armfull
of them, but why? I remember Deans dicking around with this crap - it
really pissed me off to sit there while he had to screw around with
these things. 

Real presure guage, real bottom timer are the only guages. The rest does
not belong in the water, and is never found on anyone doing anything
serious ( and getting it done), and that is no coincidence.
