Greetings All & Happy New Year. As a newbie on the techdiver list, it was suggested (by the digital moderator!/?) I give a brief introduction :-0 I am lucky enough to be able to work in this industry that we all love so much. I work for a Dive Training facility <read: Dive Shop> in Orlando Florida (that will remain nameless in this intro <g>). We specialize in technical dive training. We offer training by NSS-CDS,NACD, IANTD,ANDI,TDI agencies. We are able to offer our students Full Cave, Nitrox, Technical-Nitrox and Trimix/Mixed-Gas and Rebreather training ( and to you cavers we do have a Dipolder guide on staff). Sad to say I am not the brains behind the instruction; however, I do get exposed to high partial pressures of education daily. Our staff wants to be sure I'm not a complete gumby. My job is to develop <read: market> exotic dive adventures for our divers once they have been trained ;-) It's a dirty job; but, somebody has to do it. <G> Like most techie types I am always training and always looking to learn. My areas of interest include cave diving, deep diving, and obviously dive travel ("dugh" he said ...knuckles dragging on the floor). I have been lurking in the shadows and have enjoyed what I have seen on the list. Have even recognized a few folks from C-serve scuba forum, hope thats not a dirty word here. ("pheff, glad thats over" he said, as he sits down, folds his hands in his lap and lets the other children play now :) Safe Diving, 73624.1357@co*.co* (Rick Richbourg)
